Madrid...Here We Are!

We finally made it to our hotel in Madrid. We walked and walked and walked down the street. We almost began to wonder whether we had the wrong Calle. But eventually, with a bit of patience, we found it and checked in. We took 3 different metro lines to get here, which we will need to take in reverse in order to get back to the airport in the morning. But right now, Madrid awaits. It’s a little chilly here...at least compared to home. It is 59 degrees F. Perfect for enjoying the sights. Talk to you later. Oh...here’s the view from our hotel window...
